High Efficiency Solid State Polycondensation (SSP)

New generation soild state polycondensation equipment with re-designed tumble drum; it is designed with half tubes welded onto the drum surface for heat transfer oil circulation, instead of conventional jacketed drum design;
Complete set of standard version consists of 6 systems as following:
1. Feeding system
2. Tumble drum system
3. Heat transfer oil heating & cooling system
4. Vacuum system
5. Discharge, conveying, storage & secondary cooling system
6. Electrical control system
 
Advantages:
-Lower energy consumption thanks to relatively less weight of tumble drum itself;

-Improved oil circulation brings less consumption of heat transfer oil and higher heating efficiency;

-Lower power consumption for each SSP cycle thanks to improved heating efficiency;

-One-way oil circulation means less risk of carbon deposition in heat transfer oil;

-Optional stirring plates and squirrel cage structure inside the drum for better stirring result;
 
-High automation level with programmable temperature, vacuum and time control;

-Remote control and diagnosis is available with App on mobile phone;
