6. Electrical control system
The SSP system has been proven reliable, high efficiency, long-lasting; its advantages as below:
-Lower energy consumption thanks to relatively less weight of tumble drum itself;
-Improved oil circulation brings less consumption of heat transfer oil and higher heating efficiency;
-Lower power consumption for each SSP cycle thanks to improved heating efficiency;
-One-way oil circulation means no risk of carbon deposition in heat transfer oil;
-Optional stirring plates and squirrel cage structure inside the drum for better stirring result;
-High automation level with programmable temperature, vacuum and time control;
-Remote control and diagnosis is available with App on mobile phone;
-Top brands of key components like inverter, PLC, rotary joint, motor are selected;
-Custom solution is available, one project one solution;
